BLBD00.jpg

Bruce Lee (27 November 1940 – 20 July 1973) was a Chinese-American martial artist, actor, film director & producer, screenwriter, and philosopher. Born in San Francisco, Lee was raised in Hong Kong and returned to the United States at the age of 18. At that time, he began teaching martial arts, which soon led to his career in the entertainment industry. Game of Death was an incomplete 1972 Hong Kong martial arts movie filmed, directed, written, produced by and starring Bruce himself in his final film attempt. Bruce passed away during the making of the film. In the 1970s, Lee’s movies single-handedly sparked a surge of interest in martial arts and martial art films in the West. A cultural icon, martial arts legend, and hero to millions, Bruce Lee’s impact spans cultures, generations and lifestyles.
